definition waterproof eyeliner

If Kiko discontinued this product I'll genuinely sue. Everytime I go to Europe I STOCK UP. Kiko plz come to the US/ make more locations. If you are looking for a liner that will NOT budge, this is the one. Don't be scared if it looks like tar. This eyeliner won't even come off in the ocean. I exclusively wear this in the summers to the beach.
